Veterans Day is THIS Friday
Tell a Veteran thank you this Friday. In fact, thank them any day of the year. They have taken time out their lives, their families lives, and given time to serving their country.
Don't forget to attend the Veterans Program at the high school this Friday at 10:00 am and the Elementary at 1:00 pm
Be sure to visit their Facebook page of the GAR Veterans Museum for more photos of the event.
G.A.R. Hall Veterans Museum
If you haven't visited the Museum now it the time. You will be very impressed with what Bonnie Brewer has done. Her passion for our veterans, Elmwood history and genealogy really shine.
Both the high school and elementary have a veterans program on Friday, November 11 and are OPEN TO THE PUBLIC. I try and go every year and am never disappointed. See you there!!

The annual Soup Dinner was once again a success. People enjoyed homemade chicken noodle soup, chili, and potato soup AND the amazing desserts. Church ladies never fail to provide the best meals.

Pastor Kuhlman finds out how delicious the desserts are from one of the "little ones"

Charlie and Trudy Todd truly enjoying good food and good company.

Sharon Roeber greets visitors at the door. You can always count on her smiling face. How many years has she helped with the Soup Dinner I wonder?
