Congratulations, Will and Taylor!

On July 12, 2015, high school sweethearts, Will Kluver and Taylor Kupke, were married in Las Vegas. Both are graduates of Elmwood Murdock, 2014 and 2015 respectively. Taylor is the daughter of Renae Kupke and Jeff Kupke. Will is the son of Niete Kluver of Elmwood.

Elmwood-Murdock/Nehawka Nationals Sr Legion Baseball Team

The Elmwood-Murdock/Nehawka Nationals Sr Legion Baseball team recently completed a very successful season with the Class C State Runner-Up trophy. The team ended the State Tournament which was held in Battle Creek, Nebraska from August 1-5 with a 4-2 W-L record. Their season win-loss record was 28-12 and the team finished with 2 tournament championships and 3 tournament runner-up finishes on the year. These guys won and lost with respect, honor and dignity and represented the community very well. Congratulations! The team would like to thank the many sponsors and fans that supported the team throughout the season and are looking forward to another successful campaign in 2016.
