Inspiration
For the garden of your daily living:
Plant three rows of peas: peace of mind, peace of heart, peace of soul.
Plant four rows of squash: squash gossip, squash indifference, squash grumbling, and squash selfishness.
Plant four rows of lettuce: lettuce be faithful, lettuce be kind, lettuce be patient, lettuce love one another.
No garden is without turnips: turnip for meetings, turnip for service, turnip to help one another.
To conclude the garden, we must have thyme: thyme for each other, thyme for family, thyme for friends.
Water freely with patience and cultivate with love. There is much fruit in your garden because; you reap what you sow
Elementary School Spring Concert
A fabulous performance was given by all students K-6 at the annual Spring Concert. The children sang, danced, clapped, and even shouted with their talent. A big hats off to Mrs. Betty Colbert and Mr. Michael Hansen for their hard work at making the event so enjoyable. Also, a big thank you to everyone else who helped in one way or another in preparation for the occasion.

Pictured left to right: Brianna Poteet, Paige Maschmann, Austin Meisinger, Kabbie Mumford, and Aliezha Bouzek put on their top performance as they sing and dance.
NOTICE TO ALL SOFTBALL AND BASEBALL PLAYERS AND PARENTS:
Due to the weather baseball clean up has been postponed until next Saturday, April 21 at 9:00 a.m. until completion at each ball field.
Please show up to help get the fields ready. Even if you can only help for an hour, make an effort to support your teams. Bring rakes, wheelbarrows, shovels, brooms, and cleaning materials if available. If you are not sure which field to help at, please contact your coach or else show up at one of the fields. Your help is greatly appreciated.

Name spelling correction-my apology to Vern Lau. He was pictured in the March 28th newsletter attending the fish fry. I do my best at accuracy with all information I receive and gather to share with the community, but sometimes that human error or misinformation sneaks in.
I WELCOME your comments, concerns and information! Please do not hesitate about contacting me concerning Murdock news!
